2026 budget approved & dues unchanged

The board approved the 2026 operating budget at January's meeting — and we're pleased to share that monthly dues will stay the same for a third year running.

February 8, 2026

New lakeside trail lighting installed

Solar path lighting is now in along the north lake loop, making evening walks safer and showing off the landscaping the grounds committee has worked hard on.

What the association looks after.

Community Maintenance

The association maintains shared spaces — the landscaped entrance, common areas, irrigation, lakes, and amenities. Routine upkeep keeps Meadowbrook well-kept and welcoming, and helps protect property values across the community.

Community Standards

Shared standards preserve property values and the look of the neighborhood. Laid out in the governing documents, they cover property maintenance and exterior appearance — keeping Meadowbrook a well-cared-for place to live.

Architectural Review

Exterior projects — fences, sheds, paint, and landscaping — are reviewed by the board to keep the community consistent and protect home values. Homeowners submit a request before work begins; see Submit a request.
